The Advisor Team: Investment Bankers
If you decide to sell your company to a third party, and your company is worth more than $5 million, you will
likely retain the services of an Investment Banker. He or she will determine:
- If the Value Drivers in your company are present and maximizing value
- If your company is marketable and the likely sale price range.
Once a sale process begins, he will work to create a controlled auction that brings qualified buyers into a
bidding war for your company. Your investment banker must be adept at negotiating with savvy buyers.
