The Advisor Team: Financial and Insurance Advisors
Your financial or insurance advisor is generally the advisor who helps to assemble the Advisory Team, gather
information and facilitate meetings during the early stages of the Exit Planning Process. He or she helps you to
determine the sum of money you will need from a sale to attain financial security. He will project your post-closing
estate planning needs and assist in meeting those needs with advice and provision of product. He will also serve
as your financial advisor in allocating and investing the mountains of cash you will receive at closing.
